What’s the difference between Dragon Medical Practice Edition 2 and Dragon Enterprise?

Dragon Medical Practice edition 2 is meant for clinics with 24 or fewer physicians.

If there are 25 or more practitioners at a practice, then you must use Dragon Medical Enterprise edition (formerly known as Dragon Medical 360). With this edition, the software is placed on the server, rather than the end-users personal computer.
